Miley House is a residential care service in Naas for 16–17-year-old separated children seeking international protection. Part of Emerald Care RCS, Miley House provides a safe, nurturing, and culturally sensitive environment where young people receive 24/7 care and support. Through our Connect, Balance, Grow model, we focus on building trust, promoting emotional well-being, and supporting each young person's development as they prepare for the next stage of their journey.

Luna House

Luna House is situated in the idyllic setting of Paulstown Village, County Kilkenny. Part of Emerald Care RCS, Miley House provides a safe, nurturing, and culturally sensitive environment where young people receive 24/7 care and support. Claire Mooney is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in children's residential care, spanning over a decade. She has played a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care and fostering positive outcomes for vulnerable young people. As the co-founder of Emerald Care Services, and previous Director of Services of Misty Croft, Claire is committed to creating nurturing environments that support the growth and development of adolescents. Her expertise and passion for making a difference drive her commitment to excellence in care provision and organizational leadership.

Lewis Kennedy is an experienced leader in social care, with over 15 years of expertise in children's residential services and therapeutic care. Holding a master's degree in Therapeutic Child Care and a degree in Applied Social Care, Lewis combines academic excellence with hands-on leadership. As the co-founder of Emerald Care Services, he is committed to providing high-quality care for vulnerable young people, driven by a passion for connection, healing, and growth. His work also includes contributing to professional standards as a member of CORU's committee of inquiry.
